(!)Backstory: As soon as he was old enough to join them, his parents bundled him off to the Blockers just to get rid off him. He was always a troublemaker and always got into trouble. Once he joined up with Jayson, however, he quieted down a bit and the instructors all breathed with relief. That was until he got Jay doing some of his tricks with him. Then they were considered inseparable as Jay never got caught and always got Matt out of trouble too.
When Jayson began to act a little differently, Matt stayed by him, trying not to notice that Jayson seemed to be avoiding people. Jay seemed to be trying to draw less attention to himself and Matt silently followed. After Jay’s disappearance, Matt became a real hassle to everyone in the BHQ, so they shipped him off to Earth, to monitor the psychics. They also gave him the hint that Jayson might be down there. It was his first clue to where his friend was and he jumped to take it.
Family: He considers his friends his family
Motivations: Wants to find out what happened to Jayson.
(!)Special abilities: Adept at sneaking into places, has a keen sense of direction, acute memory, good speed and endurance, good hand to hand combat as well as aim with a gun
