For a thousand years, peace has reigned, enforced by the emperor, his priests, and his assassins. For a thousand years, the cataclysm has been forgotten and the creatures of the Northern Wastes have been in hiding.

But the Void is rising. The shadow that shattered the earth thousands of years prior is beginning to gain strength. Its intelligence is awakening again and its creatures are beginning to prowl the earth. The dragons--the guardians against the first rising of the Void--are all but gone.

The star-blessed creatures that were once frozen in time are beginning to escape their prison. And the Void is looking for a way to take form on the earth...and take back its own power.
