Art got up and followed the rest of the group out side back into the ship.
"How long is the trip to the base going to take?" Asked Art.

Phoenix shrugged and let the group onto the ship. "Well, I need to make a few calculations, but I do believe DetaB will be orbiting into this area in about four hours."
"Orbiting?" Andi blinked, "You mean DetaB's base is in space?"
"Yeah, it orbits the Earth." Phoenix said casually.
'Why the hell is he telling me, a Blocker, the location of the DetaB base? Isn't that a bit stupid?' Andi wondered.
"Oh, and don't bother thinking about spilling the location of our base. There are several people on board the base that can easily wipe it from your memory." Phoenix cut in.
Andi didn't like the sound of that. If they could wipe her memory, they could get rid of anything they wanted. They could do all kinds of things to her mind! She was starting to understand first-hand what normal people were thinking when they formed the Blockers. Who wouldn't be afraid of that kind of power?

Shadina shot a dirty look at Phoenix, but settled back into her seat. She leaned back, putting her hands behind her head and closing her eyes. She became more aware of the things going on in the minds of the people in the ship.

"You guys'll see when you get there." Phoenix yawned. "But it's pretty huge, self sustaining, and completely inescapable, so don't even bother." The last comment seemed to be directed at Andi, who glared in response. "It'll only be a few hours before we rendezvous. Go to sleep orsomething." Phoenix suggested, stretching out in the pilot's chair."It's been a long day for all of us. I can't wait to get back and reuinte with my comfy bed."

"well what do you think we should do Andi?" Art said to Andi totaly egnoring thear captors.
"should we just try to make the best of thing? it dosent seem like we have much of another option." Art said.

"I guess for now we don't have much of a choice." She replied with a sigh. She settled back in the ship and found a comfortable position. "Just try and relax a bit. There's still a few hours until we get. We'll worry about what will happen to us then." Andi yawned loudly. After very little sleep and a full stomach she was getting very sleepy. 'I'll just close my eyes for a few minutes...' she thought before she fell asleep.

Art wasn’t able to sleep. he had never even been to space before. as he stared out to front window he noticed how dark space was...even with the visible planets it was still dark "wow...never even thought of how empty it is...amazing" Art said to him self.

Shadina opened her eyes to watch Art. "If there's nothing out there, then it's an awful waste of space." She qouted from a movie from before colonies in space even began. She frowned. 'Now where did that come from?' She thought, she couldn't remember ever watching it.

Shadina's expression went cold as she considered him. Absently flicking open her lighter and produceing a flame, she glanced at it and it went pure white. She locked eyes with Art and said nothing.

"We took you because that's what we were told to do," Phoenix mumbled in his half-asleep state. "It has nothing to do with you and everything to do with your father doing things that DetaB doesn't like. You ever hear him mention something called TOvos?" Art's clueless expression gave him his anwer. "I don't imagine he has. My superiors haven't even said anything to me about it. I had to resort to spying." He chuckled, "In any case, in a few days the shit is going to hit the fan when your father doesn't agree to our terms." He frowned as he thought of what would happen after that. Just how far was Fist, leader of DetaB, willing to go to stop this project? What WAS project TOvos anyway? Whatever it was, it was bad news for them.
"I told them from the beginning this was a bad idea," Phoenix grumbled. "Too violent. Too messy." This last statement was said under his breath and not meant to be heard, but Andi was close enough to catch it and cracked one eye open to look at the psychic. His normally cheerful expression had fallen into one of deep thought and agitation.
The group feel silent again and the remaining hours passed by with little
communication. "Here come's the base." Phoenix announced suddenly. "Let's get going." He took the ship off autopilot and steered it into the docking bay of the DetaB base.
(OOC: We should probably move this thread into DetaB now. YAY! Plot!)
