(!)Backstory: He was following his brother through Blocker training and went to The Ruined City for a week. During the following year he found that he could hear the thoughts of his friends. He would daydream and the images he saw in his mind would be projected. He learned of his canceling and halting abilities on his first mission when a psychic girl confronted him and accused him of being a traitor to his own kind. He denied it and raised his gun at her. She leapt at him with her own gun. He cried out ‘No!’, raised his hand to ward her off, she stopped in mid-air, and he shot her. When he got back, his friends tried to comfort him – thinking that they knew what he was going through. He grew slightly distant from them and they did not know what was going on.
Family: Names to be added later – Father, Mother, Older Brother, and Younger Sister.
Motivations: Hide his powers
(!)Special abilities: Halt a person/object in mid-air for 5 seconds; Project images that are slightly transparent; Cancel specific abilities of other psychics – Binding, barriers, and can block two psychics from speaking to each other.
