His powers developed shortly after puberty. Despite his age, a desperate group of Psychics was quick to recruit him for use in time of war. Seeking acceptance, Oliver willingly left home to join them and worked hard to develop and hone his powers in order to be of use.
After years of working as a spy and double agent, Oliver attempted to open his heart... only to be met with disappointment. Despite his loyalty and successes, once he had served his purpose he was discarded like a tool... only furthering the jagged break in his mind. With nowhere left to turn, he wanders about as he pleases in a lonely quest for the one thing he has never felt... love.
