Moon is the closest place to having a normal living space. It is reserved for those normal people that do not [openly] support psychics. Middle class families and individuals living on Moon are under constant watch of Blocker patrol, as their head quarters are not that far away. The Blockers keep a constant and tight leash on people on Moon, enforcing strict regulations.
The celestial body has been modified for comfortable living and now allows minimal farming but plenty of inedible plant growth. Every home has a normal lot with grass, trees, and a slowly growing variety of flowers. Scientists and cultivators are forever expanding the capability for allowing Moon to house as much a range for vegetation as Earth. Currently all common farming supplies are available to residents with a smaller assortment of harder to grow plants.
The side of Moon facing the earth during its full moon phase is where the majority of the smaller cities and farming land is places, while the cities are on the other half. The entirety of Moon is lit appropriately via synthetic lights that sense how much light is coming from the Sun. Life on Moon is considered average and boring, nothing ultimately having changed since civilization on Earth before the wars started. Technology has vastly increased as well as lifespan, but quality of living is still at its consistent percentage of comparison. Every road is smooth and marked via floater lights that mark not only the edge of the road but where the force field is that separates the road from the sidewalk. Openings in the field are available only on crosswalks and into lots or alleys.
Water is created in massive facilities all around Moon, as well as recycled in sister-companies. Distribution is regulated by the Blocker officials, as is the oxygen supply.
