Dace collapsed, but he was still concious. He struggled to his feet and grabbed at Vice's arm. "I'll be a-alright, I just need t-to stop for a moment." He let go and took a shaky step.

"You shouldn't wear yourself out." Vice informed him simply. "Sit down a minute, we're in no rush." He looked over at the newcomers gawking at the docking bay and shook his head with a small smile. New guys were always so amusing. "Once Dace has caught his breath we can continue with the tour." He told them. It didn't look like they were paying much attention to him. Lune was darting around between the machines, mearvelling at the shuttles and fighters and other things that she'd never laid eyes on before. So were Greya and Ice. Justice was the only one who appeared unimpressed. She stood with her arms crossed and waited patiently.

Dace nodded and sat down with a sigh. He looked up at Justice, but said nothing.
Twins Mirror and Mire darted in through one of the doors. They stopped as they saw the others. Simultaneously they called out, "Hey Vice! Hey Dace!"

Ice turned to see the two twins enter “Hay Grey…don’t they look alike?” “ya I think they are twins…hi I’m Grey and this is Ice.” Grey said pointing to his brother.

They spoke at the same time. "I'm Mirror.""I'm Mire." "And that's Mire.""And that's Mirror." "As to your statement-" "-yes we are twins."
Dace shook his head. "I thought it was obvious," He muttered, "How can they be anything but twins?"

Vice sighed and took a long drag on his cigarette, only to find it finished already. He scowled atthe butt and relit another. 'Too many people,' He thought grouchily. "Mirror, Mire," He said, "These are the new recruits. Lune, Justice, Grey and Ice." He pointed them all out and striaghtened out from where he was leaning against the wall. "If Dace is feeling better now, and if there are no more delays, I say we should continue on with the tour. You guys can tag along if you want." He glanced at the twins. He said nothing else as he turned his back on the group and started down the corridor. "Well, he's not exactly friendly is he?" Lune said with a slight frown. Justice glanced at her friend, shrugged, and then continued after Vice without another word. Lune scowled opely, even though she was used to this kind of behaviour from Justice. "You're not very friendly either!"

The twins shook their heads in unison, "We just came to say hi." They then darted off through another door. Dace stood up, "I'm fine." He motioned to the door. "Shall we go?" He was trying to remember how he had met the twins, but he was coming up blank. Muttering under his breath, he followed the others. "I wish I could remember..."

"Yeah! Let's go!" Lune smiled following afetr Vice and Justice. She could just hear Vice up ahead explaining about the various levels on the DetaB base. "The base is a colony in space and it has five levels. Right now we're on Level 1, the docking boys. Most of the vehicles here are free for the use of any member, but some of them, like the fighters, you need special permisison to use." He stopped suddenly outside a few sliding doors. "There are elevators all over the place." He explained. "All around the central corridors." He pressed a button in the wall and the elevator arrived. They all crowded inside. "We won't stop on Level 2. It's boring. Just maintenance and security offices and all the conference rooms.' The elevator stopped suddenly and the doors slid open with a ding. "This is Level 3. The training area." Justice's eyes lit up at the sight of the gyms within. Psychics were training all over the place, either physically working out or exercising their mental powers. Justice broke away from the group and wandered into a small gym where there were punching bags and mats set up to practice fighting. Almost smiling, she walked inside and disappeared. No one even noticed. She heard Vice's voice as he walked away. "Level 4 is the cafeteria and quad, as well as the infirmary, and the final level are the dorms. DetaB doesn't have holding cells for prisoners so the rare time we have prisoners they're kept in a dorm." Lune listened intently as Vice went through the levels in a bored tone. "Once we get up to Level 5 you'll be assigned a dorm room. And tomorrow we'll get you guys signed up for training or whatever." They stopped at Level 5 and Vice got off the elevator. He pointed at a computer in the wall. "If you fill out the information there you'll be assigned a dorm room. I'm going to bed." And then he sauntered off. "Well," Lune sighed, "Let's get going shall we?" She looked back to the group and frowned. "Where the hell is Justice?"

Dace shrugged and turned to go to his own dorm room. He stopped when he saw Vision. Vision walked slowly down the hall, oblivious to everything. She had a slight smile on her face, but did hear Lune's question. "She's on level three, taking the life out of one of the punching bags." Dace grimmaced. "Visi, maybe you should stop walking, before you run into something." He sighed with releif when she stopped and her eyes unglazed. Vision held out her hand for Lune to take. "Hello, my name is Vision."

Vision nodded. "I know." She shook her head. "I'm sorry, I'm probably freaking you out. If I go all 'starry-eyed', as Dace calls it, don't let me go anywhere."

"Don't let you go anywhere?" Lune questioned. "Why's that?" She looked back and forth between Dace and Vision, a little bit confused.

Dace snorted. "When she's off seeing things in different places, she has a tendancy to want to walk around there, but her body's here." Vision blushed, a contrast to her pale features. "Not all the time."

Vision shook her head. "It can be trouble. But sometimes I am forced to see things I don't wish to." She smiled, "You should register, here, I'll help you."

"Oh, thanks!" Lune smiled and wandered over to the computer in the wall. "I'm afriad Vice didn't take the time to explain this thing. He just wandered off without a word. Is he always like that?" She scowled a bit as she remembered him. Actually, he hadn't been very friendly since they'd met in Metropolis. And he wasn't unfriendly the way Justice was. Justice was anti-social but not rude, Vice on the other hand...'What a jerk. I hope I don't have to spend a lot fo time with him.Dace and Vision seem much nicer.'

Vision smiled as she caught the stray thought. She didn't mean to, but sometimes having such powerful telepathy was uncomfortable. She explained how the machine worked to Lune. She chose not to coment to her question and Dace slipped off to his dorm with a breif goodbye.

Lune punched in her information to the machine and soon it was spitting out piles of paper, including a map and a meal card for the cafeteria, as well as her dorm assignment. "How cool. I like this place already." She grinned.
