(!)Clothing and Style: Often dressed in DetaB garmets. An olive green DetaB T-shirt over a long-sleeved balck shirt. Baggy tan cargos. Almost always has a cigarette in his mouth and has a perpetual 'shadow on his chin'. He neither has a beard nor is clean-shaven, and this never seems to change.
(!)Personality: Vice is all about duty. He only really cares about his job as a member of DetaB and about defeating the Blockers. He's buried all his emotions so he can do his job to the best of his ability. He comes off as a bit of an asshole to most but he's definitely brave and chivalrous when the situation calls for it.
(!)Backstory: Vice was first picked up by DetaB when he was twelve years old and showed instant promise. His powers are superior and since then he has skyrocketed to one of the most infamous members of DetaB to date.

(!)Special abilities: Has extremely strong psychic attack power, exceptional mind-linking (telepathy), empathy which he finds extremely annoying. He's a mediocre fighter but can shoot a gun with incredible accuracy.
(!)Strengths/Weaknesses: Strength in telepathy, physically strong although he is a poor fighter, high psychic attack power. However he is serious to a near fault and doesn't let himself get involved emotionally with anyone. Occasionally has trouble following orders and almost always ends up blowing something up.
